Refund Policy

At ETS Cabs, a unit of Elyvia Travel Solution Private Limited, we are committed to offering reliable and transparent cab booking services. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for bookings made via our website (www.etscabs.com) or mobile application.

1. Booking Cancellation & Refunds:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a charge up to 25% of the booking amount.
  • No refund for cancellations made after the driver has arrived at the pickup point.

2. Driver No-Show:

If our assigned driver does not reach your location without prior intimation and the ride is not completed, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment Errors:

In case of duplicate charges or technical payment issues, contact us within 48 hours. After validation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Mode of Refund:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Service tax, tolls, parking, and inter-state taxes incurred during the ride are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are applicable for partially completed rides.
